Briana J. Parmele
Briana J. Parmele concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, probates, and estate planning. Briana obtained her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law, where she graduated in December 2005 in the top one-third of her class. Briana was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in April 2006 after passing the Oklahoma bar exam.
Briana has worked for title and abstract companies throughout her career, where she honed her skills for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Briana serves as an Officer of the Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association, where she has been a member since 2008. Briana is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) and Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa (HBA). Briana has published two articles in the Oklahoma Bar Journal (“A Practitioner’s Guide to ‘Closing’ vs. ‘Vacating’ Municipal Public Ways and Easements” and “Stealing Home: Protect Your Clients Against Mortgage Fraud”) and regularly speaks to groups of realtors, home builders, and others in the real estate industry regarding current topics of interest.
